Service times and what we're doing in the community..... Sunday worship at King's Christian Centre is held at 10.30am, followed by refreshments. Worship at this week’s family service was led by Donna Wyszinski. Nia Templeman sang a beautiful duet with Donna then Sam Hall and Sam Martin gave Bible readings.
Wendy Swan involved the children in storytelling and songs and the children of the KYC group
performed sketches to tell the story of the Israelites in the desert. Wendy shared a brief message based on John 3:13-18, showing that Jesus is the cure for the deadly poison of sin.
Some groups and events we lead in the local community are: Topz club, for those 7-11 yrs old and in school years 3-6, meets every Sunday in term time from 5-6:30pm at the Bryn Gwalia clubhouse. The children enjoy games, crafts, snacks, drama, puppets, bible stories and more - and all for free!

Maes Garmon Christian Union welcomes all teachers and pupils after school on
Mondays in room 14 for discuss faith over a cuppa and snacks. Next
week we will share more stories of people who have inspired our faith.
We 'Open the Book' to learn what the Bible tells us about what God has done through interactive assemblies every Wednesday morning at Bryn Gwalia primary school.

The Lighthouse Group for over 50s meets at the Mynydd Isa community centre every Wednesday from 1.30-3.30 for weekly fun socials including bingo, music, refreshments and more, also regular trips out - new friends are always welcome.
Flying Colours for under 5s and their carers meets every Friday morning in term time from 9.30-11.15 at King's. Fun for all with crafts, play, snacks, songs and more. Friendship and a cuppa for the adults - all for just £1!
Meta youth group for 11-16s meets at King's Christian Centre on Fridays from 7.30-9.30pm. Chill out nights with pool, table football, dance mat and games. Regular themed evenings - recent events include photography, messy meal and outdoor games. Spiritual reflection time each week. Regular trips out each term; holiday mission and worship weeks.
